Hardy and adventurous, Willowwisp never declines a chance to venture into the Kelp Beds. It'll take a tidy sum, that's for sure, but he'll take anyone down to the dredges of the ocean if it means getting paid.

He was raised as a show dragon - bred for little more than looks. But his eyes always turned to the ocean, and soon enough he escaped to Veltrious to start a new life as a guide. He's not the oldest adventurer for sale on the Raythian Walk, but he is entirely unique in the specific experience he offers - he will take a party of new adventurers and let them gain experience while he does what he does best - fight and scavenge.

However, his clients tend to disappear shortly after their safe arrival home... that may warrant investigation.

While friendly and outgoing, he tends to keep to himself; especially in the market, where he's directly adjacent to his closest competitors, the Magentias trio. He's certainly not their biggest fans, though he has a begrudging respect for their kinship and power.
