Yaal was born the color of the shadows, but not only that. She was linked directly to the stars through her body. She was able to hear the voices from beyond, she was able to hear the wishes and prayers from those around her. As she grew up, she became able to control this ability and use it as a guide, a guide to the shadow god in which she would take people's prayers to. Yaat was close to the shadows and it wasnt long before she had helped her previous clan and there was no longer any need for her there, so she set off into the night and wondered around until she found a rescue of snappers. Hearing their prayers for good homes, she closed her eyes and linked her mind to the gods. "Hear their prayers." She spoke lowly. "Allow these dragons to find homes. "For now she had found a place she belonged.

While at the rescue, she found that she was great at hunting. She loved finding plants and insects and small animals to help feed other dragons. That wasnt all though. Runes appeared along her body and soon she found she could do magic. She was able to use her runes to heal dragons or create barriers around others. Yaal saw it as a gift from the shadows.
