Matriarch / Patriarch
The matriarch and patriarch of the lair, Venera and Lostis, are the founders of the clan. They delegate roles, locations, and pretty much everything within the clan.
Head Manager
Head positions watch over specific aspects of the lair and direct clanmembers in the professions they oversee.
Supervisor
Supervisors within the lair oversee and monitor the clan while the founders are occupied. There are only two supervisors - one for the lair and one for the hibernal den - but they hold positions of power.
Librarian
Librarians in the clan oversee and manage the contents of the Everglow Atheneum. Though it sounds like a menial job, the Atheneum contains all of the clan’s discoveries, and as such the skills of the librarians are extremely important.
Flight Representative
The clan’s flight representatives are powerful members of the eleven elemental flights who wield potent magical energy. They each hold positions of power within the lair.
Flight Scholar
The flight scholars in the lair are dragons who have taken an interest in the magic of other flights. They are typically taught by the corresponding flight rep, and many of them gain the ability to manipulate their chosen element’s magic after extensive training.
Guard
The guards of the clan defend and protect the lair from threats. Although the clan is peaceful and diplomatic, the guards are highly trained (primarily by Lostis), and threats to the clanmembers are quickly identified and eliminated.
Researcher
Researchers study the world around them and are typically the ones to find additions to the Everglow Atheneum. Since it is the most common role taken on by dragons in the clan, researchers often have varying subjects of interest and methods of study.
Nursery
Nursery dragons protect and watch over the clan’s eggs and hatchlings while their parents are busy. Some also become the adoptive parents of hatchlings that end up in the lair without an adult dragon to take care of them.
Menagerie
Menagerie dragons befriend and tend to unbonded familiars in the clan, and assist other dragons in taking care of their animal companions. Many of these dragons have a natural predisposition towards dealing with dangerous animals or Beastclans, and as such they are relied on to keep possible threats in check.
Healer
The healers of the clan tend to and watch over injured dragons and familiars. Several of the healers use magic to restore their patients, but others are well-versed in herbology and use tinctures or balms to cure wounds.

Archaeologist
The clan’s excavation team
It consists of primarily Earth dragons, who use their innate magic to safely shape and carve through their excavation site. However, archaeologists of other flights are still valued members of the team.
