notes:

• steals your voice if you speak near him
• his own voice is a chorus of all the other voices he's taken from unwitting travellers. one, presumably his original, voice seems to stand out just a bit more than the rest
• (i'm honestly not sure why he does this yet)
• those that wish to keep their secrets unheard have come to him for help, be it to surrender their own voices to him or point him in the direction of whoever they'd like to silence, hymn readily accepts all
• don't have the funds to pay him for his services? that's alright, he'll simply take your voice as compensation
• tried to take hallow's voice before he realised that he doesn't have one
• was absolutely terrified in the first time for a long while when hallow began to speak through him, using his own voice- not the usual chorus he speaks with now, but his original voice
• should he choose to, he can return voices to their original owners, but that's not something he's done in a long time
• he can't give you a new voice, he's tried to do so with hallow, but nothing came of it
• does hallow's situation make him feel any form of remorse towards those that he's stolen voices from? nope!
