Lore ideas: a cryptid, steals and hoards knowledge, takes the form of a fanged hare, skinny enough to see their skeleton, fur matted and chunks missing, looks somewhat decomposed, eyes have a faint green glow. not menacing, rarely attacks, moves in dashes. can sit still watching for hours. not a bad omen, but not a great one. is often sought out for their extensive knowledge, but demands knowledge in return. you don't know what information they choose to take, and you lose any memory of the traded fact forever. frequents libraries, especially in twilight hours, but never steals from them. that courtesy does not extend to people's private collections. mice are often sighted with the fanged hare and it is said they whisper secrets to them in exchange for hard-to-reach berries. dragons are wary of mice in the den and will leave offerings of books, journals, or in a pinch, a handwritten note stained with tea to coax the fanged hare and his furry friends to leave their home in peace. rarely appears in form of a dragon, is believed to do it to talk information out of people, will switch between male and female bodies to suit the informant's preference.
