So, you’ve heard the stories. Perhaps you’ve felt the fear they invoke. Perhaps, you even bolt your doors just a bit tighter at night because of them.

His endless wandering has not ceased–this much is true.

And yet, there is a part of the story that has been lost to time and weather. Washed from cavern walls, perhaps by Adam himself, she is a legend whose name falls only on the tongues of the elders. Not all of them remember, but count yourself lucky should they speak to you of the long-lost Eve.

A relentless hunter of Adam, there is no serpent to whisper terrible things at her ear. Still, it is best that you steer clear of her path, as her eyes are set only on the invisible goal before her.

Her hatred runs to the very core of her being–a core shared by he who she hunts. She is not the light to his foul darkness, by any means. She knows this, but she still tries to shake the curse of his wrongdoings from her mind day by day. Some days are worse than others–but still, she persists.

Only when her search ends, can she be free. Only when Adam ceases to exist, may Eve rise.

So she dearly hopes.
