BLOOMFROST
Uh-oh, looks like this dutiful secretary wandered a little too far from their home lair (452562, Hyzenthlaay), and now they’re off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt them, we'd really appreciate it if you instead could just return them to their original home via the Crossroads, send them off in the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread (warning, you will get another traveler in return if you do this), or if you don’t want another traveler in return, this rest hub. You can also adopt them permanently if you don’t want them leaving your lair - just contact Hyzenthlaay and let her know (it’s good for her notes)! Many people have worked very hard on this traveling dragon, and exalting them would be an absolute shame. Please don’t do it! Traveling Log wrote:

@hyzenthlaay, 452562 - Clan Mavenlark @Bizarrette, 534148 - Whisperland Sanctum @PorcelainCages, 5652 - Clan LockCharge Bloomfrost lacks any connection to his merfae heritage, yet is too drawn to it to properly co-exist with dragonkind. It's an unfortunate fate of the half children of the merfae. Not content to sit around feeling sorry for himself, he convinced his sister to follow a plan so foolhardy, so impossible, but so necessary - to travel Sornieth in search of half-merfae like themselves in order to create a clan of their kind. The suggestion shocked his sister - of the two, Bloomfrost tended to be the most grounded of the two. But always down for an impossible task, she agreed to take him up on it. Bloomfrost would rather leave the leadership work to his more outgoing sister. He's most content taking extensive notes of their journey, and talking them out of the dangerous situations his sister gets them into. The two fae stick together with one another, having no others of their heritage around to rely on. Originally written by @Hyzenthlaay, lore shop here. Turtlefleck and I arrived at Whisperland Sanctum quite excited that our journey had begun. Our excitement, however, was short-lived as there didn't seem to be any merfae in this particular clan. We met some very friendly dragons and a couple of kinda cranky ones that didn't seem to be happy with the questions we asked of them. But, all in all, it was a pretty neat little sanctuary. Not enough water for me, though. Only one huge waterfall that spilled into a gorgeous splash pool that flows into a stream. I doubt any kind of merfolk lives there. At least we didn't see any.

True to form TurtleFleck's recklessness has led us into yet another site. She claims she can 'smell the sea here' but for my part, I smell nothing but the long dry desert sands and the ovenbaked heat of dragons who have lived too long in the sun. Still, we have managed to settle in with a pod of Aqueorrem (the spelling of such a word eludes me). They communicate primarily through a form of sign language, which I assume originates from the far depths, as none of it is familiar to me from our childhood. They are large, and pardon the expression, rather toothy, but they seem well enough. Their leader, a female named Euryale (I can only assume this name is common where she is from) has granted us sanctuary with them. While they are not Merfae by any means, TurtleFleck insists they cannot be far removed. Until my research concludes otherwise, I shall have to take her word for it. Still, I cannot utterly deny there is something here worth investigating. If only it weren't so dry!

@Hyzenthlaay here! This dragon is officially a part of the "Around the World in 365 Dergs" challenge. Check out the thread for information and more travelers like this! ...or just read the following:

Remove the following if he is ever bred.
You Have Found one of The Herd
Shadow Lineage
Shadow Lineage
What is The Herd?
The Herd, much like the parasite thread, tracks lineage. Specifically, the lineage of the eleven starting dragons. One from each flight. If you wish to participate, simply breed this dragon with another, then copy this into the bio of the first nest of hatchlings. Only the first nest will be counted. Unlike the parasite thread, it is not required that you Exalt the parent dragon, only that you erase this message from their bio after posting the hatch in this thread here..
If you do not wish to participate, then you can post the dragon in the thread for another person, or simply do what you were going to do originally.
Have fun!
Click or tap a food type to individually feed this dragon only. The other dragons in your lair will not have their energy replenished.

This dragon doesn't eat Plants.
Exalting Bloomfrost to the service of the Earthshaker will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
