Lactiss is the resident beastkeeper/vet. Whenever anyone gets a new familiar, or their familiar is behaving oddly, they come to her. She’s been studying beast clan for years and takes pride in her ability to understand them. She also works with bird for her feathered pets. She has learned many beast languages and will sometimes ask people to bring their familiars in so she can speak with them. She learned a lot about beast healing from the salve kamaitachi. She also runs a day care for the hunters and coli teams to drop off familiars. When hatchlings are considering getting a familiar their parents will bring them here so lactiss can tell them what familiars would be best for them, and to let the young dragon interact with some of her familiars and get an idea of what they’d like. Lactiss’s husband, Salvador, is currently cursed with an illness, so she doesn’t get to see him much. Because of this she spend almost all her time among the beasts.
