Bearing the markings and colors more befitting a dragon of the Gladekeeper, Gaweena was chased out of The Scarred Wasteland and became a lone dragon, although not by her choice. She strayed far from her Plague origins in the The Abiding Boneyard, searching for a new pack, until she was drawn from her solitary wanderings by DarkLord's presence in The Southern Icefield.

Overjoyed at finding another mirror who welcomed her, Gaweena decided to stay to help build the clan's pack of mirrors and was one of the first Elder dragons to join the clan. Her name's origin remains a mystery to her current clan, as she refuses to discuss much of her past. She still misses the plague lands, despite what happened, but her homesickness has been helped by a Plague familiar (Heartred Croaker) who chose to bond with her and keep her company.

The mirrors in the clan, with the exception of DarkLord, tend to stick together for long range hunting expeditions and have their lair on the outskirts of the clan's territory. While the pack does regularly attract migratory mirrors and has a bit of a transitory quality, a number of mirrors seem to have settled permanently with Clan Diamond Dust, at least for now.

On 10/31/15, Nanners finally filled the temporary spots in the Council of Elders, as no additional five digit dragons had joined the clan in months. Gaweena was appointed as the Plague Elemental Representative, much to her disgust. She didn't really want anything to do with the Council of Elders OR serve as a representative of Plague, but couldn't find a way to decline. As there were no other Plague dragons in the clan of an appropriate age, she didn't really have a choice. She eagerly awaits the day another Plague dragon who can take her place joins the clan.

On 9/29/16, Gaweena got her wish - a Plague 5 digit dragon named Nikhat joined the clan and took his rightful spot on the Council of Elders. With the responsibility gone, she happily spent more time hunting with the other mirrors and roaming the land.
