After having his legs paralyzed in a bloody skirmish, Arashi is often found in the town’s garden—often tending to or admiring the roses that he has grown over the years. Having once been a hot blooded strategist and fighter, he’s finally come to realize what he had not understood when he was younger. He has abandoned his old way of living to embrace one where he is finally learning to know peace.

An injury that has stained him like a disease continues to keep him awake most nights though—only ever able to endure an unspeakable pain that courses through his legs at unearthly times. Arashi has come to an acceptance of the pain though, as it has been taken as a sign of punishment for his past actions.
