the prince of thorns, or so he is called. his body is covered in thorny vines, a good measure to keep others at a distance, if his equally prickly personality didn't do a good enough job.

it seems he has caught the eye of another flower spirit - a beautiful tundra. he is confused, and mildly annoyed, by her attention. it's not that he doesn't appreciate it, or that romantic pursuits aren't on his mind. no, she is too sweet, too kind, for someone like him.

it can never be. he must push her away, for if he were to pull her too close, he would only hurt her. so he keeps her at arms length, and hides his true self behind his veil of thorns. but she is a tender keeper, and his sharp edges do not scare her.
