 Keeva remembers when the world was young. They knew the forests when trees, now centuries old, could hardly be considered saplings. They saw the deities themselves wheeling through the sky, looking down at their newborn creations. They remember when approaching Beastclans were greeting with a smile, and not with a ambush. All the gems in Sorneith wouldn't make them go back to that time. Other dragons didn't adapt to the changing world, couldn't turn their backs on the old ways. If they wanted to hide in their stuffy libraries, moaning of how brash children have become, let them. Keeva would make up for their lost presence. Since the dawn of dragonkind, Keeva has been wandering. Exploring the other cultures, learning their language and eating their foods. After all this time, their personal favorites are the charming little teashops dotted throughout the Zephyr Steppes, and the bustling markets in the Hewn City. Every time Keeva close their eyes, they remember adventures taken years past. But now, Keeva is starting to feel the years creeping up on them. Dragons do not truly get old, but their Keeva have started to ache nevertheless. Perhaps it was all that walking and flying that wore them out so soon. No longer does Keeva journey the skies, looking for adventure wherever they go, but instead they have taken the title of Storyteller. Now Keeva can be found snuggled in some comfortable spot, a blanket over their shoulders and a hot mug of tea in their hands, with hatchlings crowded all around them. They tell the children all of their stories, smiling and laughing and acting out the voices. If they could not see the world, then perhaps they could do the world one simple favor by inspiring another generation of explorers. Bio by Blackiebelle
