From the time of his hatching, Unfearing was entranced with his religion, Redempestism. Brought up by the son of Mavenlark Redempest branch founders, Unfearing enjoys third-generation status and a fair amount of prestige among his colleagues. Emboldened by the attention wrought by many eyes upon him, Unfearing's ministries drum up support from old and new followers alike, and many adoring zealots follow him from clan to clan to hear him speak on matters concerning Redempests. As a large part of their faith is original sin, Unfearing sees it his task to eradicate any instance of sin and wrongdoing from Sornieth to prevent it from further infecting their world - and that means strict adherence to his personal set of bylaws. Hyzenthlaay, Clan Mavenlark
I came back to Mavenlark with my disciples in tow. My father greeted me with great sweeping enthusiasm, but frankly, I was embarrassed. The amount of followers I have is relatively small; only fifty-odd dragons. I need to take my efforts globally. We will not be saved until all are saved.

In the first clan Unfearing stopped at, it didn't take him long to pick apart the weaknesses and insecurities in their foundation. Their long-standing clan leader, an elder Fae named Myura, had lost the following and respect of a number of her clanmates when she failed to protect their lair from a Shade attack -- in fact, she had invited the beast into her home since it was controlling the body of her mate. One of the clan guards had almost died because of her grave failure, and even after years had passed, she had not been able to mend the mistrust her mistake had caused.
In response to her failure, after Myura's mate was cured of his Shade influence, the two of them raised a nest of hatchlings to provide her an heir. The chosen Fae for this job, a flitty young Fae named Hollyfin, left... a lot to be desired. They were naive, juvenile and irresponsible, and though they only served as a joint leader with their mother for the time being while she trained them to supersede her, it was clear that much of their clanmates had no faith in them as a leader.
Unfearing had pegged this clan as easy pickings for recruiting new disciples, if he could rely on and manipulate their unrest and lack of faith in their leadership. However, he was hardly a minute into his first great speech when a sudden bolt of light collided sharply with him from behind, searing his tail and sent him packing.
"You are not welcome here, zealot," boomed the powerful, monotonous voice of the elder Fae behind Unfearing, growing more and more distant as he ran. Insulted and nursing his injured, burnt tail, Unfearing grit his teeth as he angrily accepted that he would have to try his luck again elsewhere.

This numerous, ragtag clan has offered me a stay, a permanent one. They have all sorts of curious personalities, I'm surprised that they even stay together. There are quite a lot of comings and goings also -- an opportunity for me to spread our teachings further. However, something is unusual about the elder members of the clan...

With so many comings and goings, it is hard to get to know anyone properly here: I might meet someone who I think is a newcomer--yet they turn out to have been in the clan for years...
One whom I will not mistaken for anyone else is Unmentioned. Always welcoming me with fresh tea or tisane, and I noticed that they listen to me, yet say little of himself. A strange one indeed, but their company isn't... unwelcome.
I don't know what to think of him.
