Alidade

Alidade is the archivist and academic of the clan, and he and his mother, Acantha, are very close despite their very different natures. Alidade spends most of his time in the library or his miniature observatory, and so he and his father, Ardast, rarely see each other. The rest of the clan don't really know what to think about Alidade and his books and instruments, but they accept him and his total disinterest in hunting or romance. Alidade's greatest ambition is to become one of the Arcanist's assistants, but he would never leave his mother. He and his familiar Sesii work together to keep the clan's library organized using a system that many don't understand, but nobody can argue with its effectiveness.
