Heine

Started as a homeless commoner in the kingdom that just adopted a bunch of other children when he was a young teenager and just taught them how to survive, he might've stolen but he just did it to survive. He at some point met the at the time prince Viktor, now King, who just introduced himself as a normal nobles son and helped them to survive. After an incident where Viktor got badly injured and they thought it was his fault, he ended up in prison until the prince woke up and got him out. When Viktor became king he built him a school where he could teach the orphans(after learning everything himself). Years later when Viktor had several children he asked his old friend to teach the 2nd-5th prince everything because they had a real big problem with royal tutors and didn't let anyone teach them. He managed to convince them that no, he's intelligent and no, I'm not just here to impress the king, I'm here to teach you. There was an incident where Viktor had a feeling something would go wrong and made Heine the bodyguard for the prince's as well as the Tutor. And then a week of hell started where everyday someone tried to kill a prince and he ended up rather badly injured, which ended at one point with him high of of Painkillers, which was an experience, and after they tried to kill all the princes he was the Tutor of, he was sent by Viktor to the first prince, Eins, castle in hope he can stay out of more trouble because he got pretty badly injured over the days. He got brought there, couldn't even walk himself which led to some house cat commentary by Rosenberg because he's as light and small as one, but he got the medical attention and they started to get along decently after Rosenberg gave him some problems and sabotaged the progress of the other princes. He realized something there, Eins was a Prince and he hadn't been attacked yet and will probably be the next victim. In the night they got attacked by mercenaries and got all the maids and the rest of the staff out of there before fleeing to the main castle. Which had been attacked. A gauntlet started of saving all the prince's again and they realized everything until than has just been a distraction to try to kill the king who was now on his way to a diplomacy meeting in another country, by ship. They managed to get there before the ship set sail and he managed to get on it shortly before it was to late. He managed to save Viktor from the guy behind all of it, who they found out after a fight that led to some more injuries, who was blackmailed by someone who was blackmailed into blackmailing who got blackmailed too by the one who's fault it actually was and they still needed to get away from all the mercenarys that actually wanted them dead. Heine received an almost fatal injury to save Viktor, as a repayment for when he did it, and they managed to get off the ship alive. They managed to get back to their kingdom and he continued his role as Tutor, not as a Bodyguard though, because the injuries where serious and Viktor didn't want to see him hurt so badly ever again if he could help it and he just wasn't physically capable of it at the moment. At a later point someone was trying to get them assassinated again and it was focused on Eins and Heine primarily and on Kai, Titania, Viktor, Adele and for some reason Shadow rather heavily too and it lead to enough injuries as that they and Rosenberg fled away from their kingdom for their safety and they met a cat and got adopted into this clan.
He's very small, still child sized from his childhood because of malnutrion. Highly intelligent, can fight extremely well and is loyal to the ones he swore to protect. And he's a horrible artist. Adele still loves his paintings, just because he drew them. He prefers pacifism, but if he has to choose between an enemy or one of his charges getting hurt, yeah there'll be no mercy.
