Unit 1 Diplomat; she/her

after offending a dragon with her vanity, a spell was cast on burningstar — she became even more beautiful than she could have ever hoped for, her scales bright and sparkling, her movements graceful. but she quickly found the true effects of the spell; her body was burning away like a comet. she'd been cursed with something worse than "taking away her beauty" — whatever that meant. she was made more beautiful than she could have hoped for, and would be forced to watch it burn away like a shooting star. she found safekeeper and the reaching light, and is now safekeeper's personal attendant and devoted partner.

  • Because the Reaching Light's protective field is the only thing keeping both she and Safekeeper from being destroyed, the two have formed a close bond over this, and come to terms with it on their own, and together.
  • Burningstar is the Light's lead diplomat, though, because she cannot leave the territory of the Light, she communicates with other entities and groups through letters and plans meetings. She is the mind behind the Light's communicative efforts.
