Bandeau

Bandeau is a rather quiet dragon who prefers to keep to himself. He is one of the few workers at the library, and he keeps track of the various clothing items in the hoard. However, he does things a bit differently. Rather than just marking how many of an item he has down, like the other hoard Keepers, he writes them down twice.
Even though he doesn't talk much, to the point where many have believed him to be mute, he does occasionally talk to Fare and Moonstone, as he has to check the hoard's inventory every so often, and they're right by the door to it. He even finds ol' Moonie somewhat,, enchanting.
Wishing Star does try to talk to him sometimes, as their desks are right beside another, creating a little circle in the middle of The Library, he just ignores her. The little Fae's energy is a bit too much for him.
