- Blacksmith
- Shares his Forge with Spice, his apprentice.
- His scales are made of embers and charred steel
- Despite his eyes being the colour of the Light flight, he was born from volcano ash
- His pupils move like flames
- Smoke curls from his scales when he us annoyed
- Has the power to start fires just by touching things with his claws
- Much to the annoyance of his apprentice, his workspace is always cluttered with half finished experiments

Like many of his kind, Daylor is characterized by intense hyperactivity. He is always bouncing from one project to the next, often leaving the previous design laying haphazardly strewn on a table (until Spice cleans it up). His workshop is complete chaos to everyone but him; if there is a method to his madness, no one else can see it. Loose springs, metal scraps, and old tools litter any flat surface that isn't taken up by a project. Daylor is constantly setting accidental fires by touching the wrong thing, and falling asleep in random (and inconvenient) places.
