Kyden does everything he can to avoid touching other dragons. He is reserved and guarded. He lives in solitude and does not make friends easily. He is able to learn about things just by touching them. This ability extends not only to dragons, but objects as well. Learning about objects doesn't worry Kyden too much. When touching an object, he can easily tell what it's made out of and how old it is, as well as other details, but touching dragons is so much more unpredictable. Sometimes he sees their memories, sometimes he hears their thoughts. It's very disorientating for Kyden.

backstory
It started the day Kyden hatched. His mother carefully pulled him out of his egg and suddenly he knew. He knew her name, her past, her thoughts, her feelings, her desires. From one touch, the newborn could suddenly speak and walk like an adult would. Only minutes old, Kyden had the burden of knowledge thrust onto his shoulders. From that day on, he made sure to cover as much of himself as he could. He wanted to be in full control of his ability and he would do whatever he had to. While the siblings in his clutch struggled with walking and babbled like normal hatchlings, Kyden began to study. He began to find any books he could to research his strange ability and figure out exactly how to use it. Much to his disdain, there wasn't much on the topic. Before his clutchmates could even form coherent sentences, Kyden decided it was time to leave. He gathered all the information he could about the world by touching those who traveled with his parents and left. He would find someone to teach him no matter the cost.
