SUPERBUBBLE - WHAT HAS SCIENCE WROUGHT??
Contrary to the TANGFEARSOME clan betting odds, NIGHTSKY proved capable of surviving THE NECESSARY with MOTHER NATURE, who is FORECLAWS-DOWN THE BLOODIEST AND MOST DOOMFUL CREATURE IN THIS (and possibly any other) LAIR. The resulting TANGSPAWN were...noticably LACKING IN TANG, except in the honorary sense. (The clan has totally forgiven them for it.)
Like his brothers, SUPERBUBBLE was raised with love and acceptance despite his POSSIBLY EXTRATERRESTRIAL OR MUTAGEN-INFLUENCED ORIGINS. TANGFEARSOME FOLK didn't want him to be judged for his ECCENTRIC COLOR SCHEME, since it certainly wasn't his fault that he came out of the egg looking like a HOT PINK MESS. Despite their efforts, this particular hatchie grew up SILENT AND OBSERVANT, lurking on the edges of the community as if...WAITING FOR SOMETHING. Something that was...NOT TANGY.
It started with little things first. A bumper crop of those chunks of pink marble that you stub your claws on sometimes in the wild. A persistent smell of something distinctly BUBBLEGUMMY. A stickiness on things and places and people and TERRAIN FEATURES where no stickiness should rightfully be. Before the clan knew it, IT WAS ALMOST TOO LATE. SUPERBUBBLE proved not only capable of TRANSMUTING ANY SUBSTANCE INTO BUBBLE GUM THROUGH SLOW AND INSIDIOUS MEANS, but also appeared to have been POSSESSED BY HIS PINKNESS. Like some COLOUR OUT OF SPACE, the PINK must have devoured the BODY AND SOUL of the hatchie while in the egg and produced instead a DRAGON-SHAPED VESSEL OF ALIEN RECONNAISSANCE designed only to FURTHER THE CAUSE OF PINKNESS AMONG DRAGONKIND. Chewy, bubbly, sticky pinkness.
The intelligence inhabiting SUPERBUBBLE is not of this world. It is cold, calculating, utterly devoted only to what is PINK AND CHEWY. Its touch, its speech, the very SCENT of it is enough to begin the GUMMIFICATION of any type of matter. CLEARLY IT IS ONLY A HARBINGER OF THE ALIEN HORROR TO COME. Naturally, TANGFEARSOME had to deal with this problem by shipping SUPERBUBBLE off to the Auction House so some unsuspecting buyer can deal with him instead.
