The Nameless Son

You were special. You remember how they told you that since you were young. You were special. But, you guess everyone was in that school. It was so long ago, you can't quite remember the name of it. You don't remember a ton of things from before, though, so, is that really a true surprise?

What you do remember was you were in the isles. There were other dragons with you, all from across the flights all eager to learn and ready to become the best magical user that can be. Even a few beastclans made their way into the ranks of the student body. From what you remember you adored your studies.

But then, something got out of hand. This part you remember very clearly. It was an hour after your last class and you and your classmates were eager to try pressing the bounds of what you could do. Everyone had gathered in the school's common area. You had learnt a new magic, very limited teleportation. Of course all of you were so excited to play with it. After all, what is the Arcane flight not of if it isn't pressing forces you probably shouldn't? But a few times around the room in a loop later something happened. The world shoot. Arcane power filled the air and you collapsed. Who could blame you? Your lungs stung and your head felt fuzzy, of course you fell down.

When you woke up, your body felt like it was on fire. Every scale and pore of your skin was screaming and begging for the burning to stop. And you cried out. You tried to move but your bones made loud cracks of pain and protest, you felt fleshy pods on your side squish and open, revealing themselves to be eyes and not at all helpful to your current situation. You tried to fly, to leave, to just get away but nothing worked. You were alone. And it took 3 days for a clan for the shadow flight to find you lost and dazed. They offered you asylum, and you thanked them deeply.

Bio

64516867 is a dragon from The Arcane Flight who, even after being deeply hurt by one of the many magical events that transpire here he finds a since of home within it. He is rather naive, admittedly overly trusting and rather excitable, so 64516867 tends to find community with other dragons within the clan who can tell him if something feels off. He's good friends with Marsh, and finds him completely fascinating. Marsh, on the other hand, views 64516867 somewhere between a best friend and a little brother, and they both find some kind of family in the other. As far as familiars go, 64516867 likes to befriend those of beastclans or felines. One of his closest familiar bonds is with a Dustfeather Sphinx, who let him ramble on and on and she listened.

Not much of 64516867's life before the clan is talked about, both from him finding the subject uncomfortable, and because he honestly does not remember much before the accident. What he is sure of is that he was born a mirror and that the feathers, wings, and eyes are all new.
