Alvardo is a brawler, and an incredibly street-smart dragon, too. He is quick to criticize ideas he considers inferior, and seems both cold and brash to those who don't know him well, as he is neither adept nor comfortable with expressing vulnerable emotions. Around his sweetheart Irene, however, he couldn't be more different. When in her presence, he becomes soft and affectionate. It is well known that he is fiercely protective of her, and will defend any insults to her with tooth and claw. Don't mess with either of them, or he will mess you up.
