Named after the Greek goddess of peace and spring. Despite that, she's quite... chaotic. Eirene has an odd interest in the Maren Beastclan. Unfortunately for her, the feeling isn't mutual. At times, she'd stay in the water for days on end, offer seashells and scrolls, fashion sturdy spears out of bones and teeth, but made no progress befriending the Maren. Despite her efforts of seeing them more often, they avoid her like the Plague. "That Imperial... she's always so cheerful and full of energy, chasing those Maren around. Eirene: lore summary
Eirene came into the clan at a relatively young age, and had little knowledge of her life before joining the clan. Despite coming from the land of plague, she struggles to understand the experience of other clanmates that share her origins, and she often feels like she doesn't belong in the land of light. Eirene dwelt in this conflict for a while. It took her a long time to warm up to her fellow clanmates. Even now, she rarely brings anyone closer than an arm's length. After these years, she's become quite an extrovert, and is usually open to talking to her clanmates, both old and new, but she doesn't have many close friends, and she rarely opens up about herself towards others, always keeping them at an arm's length.
Eventually, she found an interest in the Water Flight, and most notably, Marens. She had heard Ezna and Croton's stories of their travels in the land of water, and something about them touched Eirene. The thought of sunlit shores, crashing waves, and a vast, beautiful world hidden beneath clear blue waters. Thinking of the day she would finally see it with her own eyes makes her bounce in excitement. That's it, she thought. That's where I belong.

The missing deity, Tidelord. (an input by Eirene) I don't know how long it's been or how hard it's been for the Water flight since their deity went missing, but I am determined to find out. This is my next step towards finding him myself! Sure, I've got close to no leads, no prophetic powers to guide me, and no one to help, but I'll manage! Surely we'd find his greatness somewhere in the waters of Sornieth... how deep does the Leviathan Trench go again? Gah, I've forgotten where I've put my map. Again. |
