personality Aliko is the ultimate optimist. She always does her best to see the good and the beauty in the world. The glass she is made of is incredibly thick, so it makes it incredibly difficult to move. Despite her hardships, she always does everything she can to be happy. She does have bad days, but she always looks towards the good days. She's cheerful and kind and loving. Not only does she try to be positive in her own life, but she tries to bring light and life into the lives of everyone around her. Although she is a fire dragon, she has a deep love for the culture of the earth flight. She loves it all. backstory Aliko always loved earth. When she was old enough to leave the Ashfall Waste, she did and went to Dragonhome. She lived there for a long time and began her architecture career there. The empty wastes were perfect for holding her incredible creations. She especially loved designing buildings to be built in caves. She created large windows to look at the veins of ore and mineral deposits. The natural resources were also fun to work with. There was nothing quite like carving a cave to be a home. Aliko grew in reputation. She began to be hired for jobs all over Sornieth. Eventually, she was invited to be a speaker at an elite architectural conference. There, she met a very interesting man. He was fun and exciting, so she challenged him to an intellectual game. She won, of course, and the man began courting her. As she traveled Sornieth, messengers chased her down with chocolates, flowers, and books on architecture. Aliko eventually found the man again and the two were married. job Aliko is the professor of architecture. She was the one who designed the whole university campus. She designed quite a few buildings in the city as well, including the palace and the main market square. Her work is well known and easily recognized for her unique use of glass. She always says that being made of glass helps her to know exactly how much it can take. Her classroom is fun and exciting. She challenges her students to make things that would be an engineers worst nightmare. She presents her students with all sorts of challenges from sustainability to visual aesthetics. Every challenge comes with prizes of baked goods, good grades, and glitter. |
