Biography
Not seeing any other shelter, the young Prince dashed inside the fortress, expecting at any moment to feel the claws of a soldier or hear a growl of "what do you think you're doing here?!", but there was nothing to be heard save for the panting of the Wildclaw, and the drumming of the rain outside.
Coronet let out a sigh as he slumped against the rough stone wall, daring for the first time in ages to let his guard down, and let his eyes rest.
The dark, cavernous fortress reeked of dust and damp, yet it felt more secure than any place the Wildclaw had stayed in for the past few weeks. He mused, as a spider crawled across his wing, that this place might be his new home.
Cis male (he/him), gay.
The young prince of a far-away land, Coronet settled in the abandoned Thunderclap Castle after a revolution killed his family and drove him out of his luxurious home.
Since he started to spruce up the small fort and clean its halls, it became a safe haven for dragons who were abandoned and driven from their homes. He swore to protect anyone who dwelled there with his blade and - if necessary - his life.
Coronet was vain and proud when he was a hatchling, believing himself to be better than any other dragon because of his royal blood. After the revolution he changed his ways, learning that each dragon is special and important in its own way, and that he is not better than anybody else. Now the prince is a noble, kind soul with a warrior's heart.
With the help of other dragons, the empty fort is now a comfortable home for he and his friends. Now he can focus on hobbies, friendship and perhaps love.
