Unlike many dragons as a hatchling Akira had no interest in treasure. She complained that the treasure hurt her eyes, but really she just didn’t understand what was so important about the metal circles. When she was a little older she kept getting in trouble with the clan elders. Her parents were kept trying to explain to her the important’s of treasure. When she grew up she went exploring in the ghostlight runes with WiseMansFear, the clan trainer, with her sister. That day she decided that she would become a warrior. But she was told, mockingly, by her clan mates that she would have to have treasure and gems to get battle stones, apparel, a familiar, and apparel. Saddened, Akira left her clan mates to wander for a while. On one of these particular days she came across a group of dragons who found no use for treasure, like her. They explained that they had taken a vow of poverty, meaning that they were trying to get to level 25, fully stoned, with an outfit, a familiar, and a skin, all without spending any treasure. She decided to take the vow and returned to her clan.
