B I O G R A P H Y

Jackal is the trickster of the clan. He especially loves messing with the more uptight dragons. One of Jackal's personal favourite pranks is to copy what others are doing. It annoys them, but in the end, they know that it's harmless. It seems like Jackal is satisfied with his life, a job as the shadow rep, and a mate named Thaddeus, but that couldn't be any farther from the truth. Jackal's past is tricky, or more so the fact he lacks a past. He has amnesia with some exceptions. He can recall history and his name, but she can't recall any personal memories.The first memory he can recall was waking up and meeting Aphyria, the clan leader of the Isles of Memoria.

She told him that Jackal was found unconscious and invited him into the clan, and at first he accepted that response. Over time though, Jackal grew suspicious that Aphyria wasn't telling the truth. He began to investigate but was unfortunately not having much luck. That changed when Jackal met Margarita, the small hatchling. Jackal was impressed with Margie's determination and her cleverness so he made a deal with her to help each other out. Their relationship grew to a family relationship and he considers her his niece and she considers him her uncle.

The young Nocturne is fairly busy in his life. For one, he's a representative so he has to go to as quoted "boring and dull meetings that make you want to gouge your eyes out." The only good thing about those meetings is that he gets to see the love of his life, Thaddeus, who is the Nature Representative. During the days that he doesn't have a meeting, Jackal is either hanging out with the poltergeist twins and causing havoc. Other days he'll research his past with his niece Margie and end it off with relaxing with Thaddeus.

B I O G R A P H Y

It's not surprising to many that Jackal keeps himself so busy is because he's fidgety and flighty most of the time. He's also the dare devil of the clan and impulsive. Want some entertainment? Just go and see what Jackal is doing, it might just get you howling with laughter. Jackal tends to be over dramatic too which can either be funny or annoying depending on the situation. Considering all of that, it's amazing that Thaddeus and Jackal cen even tolerate each other, much less love each other.

One that is a grump through their life would assumingly repel any pranksters in fear of earning their ire, but Jackal loves to get Thaddeus going. To Jackal, any attention from his husband is good, even if Tad is angry. As much as Jackal can get on his nerves, he was also the first dragon Thaddeus has seen in a while that didn't recoil at the fact that Thaddeus is an Imperial. Jackal was even told more than once that his pranks and childish acts puts a smile upon the Imperial's face and Jackal loves it when Thaddeus smiles.

Despite his care free life style, Jackal has insecurities that are surprising. One of them is how Aphyria, the clan leader, acts towards him. The fact that she acts so cold and distant scares him. He doesn't even know why since the forest was the first time they ever met, at least that's what Aphyria had told him. That led him to suspect Aphyria had lied about finding him unconscious in the forest. He absolutely despises liars and Jackal is paranoid that some are keeping secrets in the clan, like who he is for example.
