__ It's one thing to predict the weather, it's a whole other thing when you are the weather. In charge of the creation and distribution of clouds, rain, and wind, Mistral is one being that you don't want to cross. If there's a tornado or a lightning storm and it's only affecting your house, there's probably a reason for it.

__ Many dragons come to Mistral for advice. It's not that she's fair, hardly, she's quite biased actually. It's more that she can make a decision with little to no surrounding information. Is this a good thing? Not necessarily all of the time. But it certainly gets things done and gets the ball rolling on whatever it is she's been left in charge of.
