Information:
Though Gremlin is a thoroughly impressive beast when it comes to his collections, some believe it wise to try and cheat him and the council out of their tax. Inevitably, if this behaviour does not change, they are visited by Cethin, who unlike his master is far more open with his distaste for tax evasion.

With a flair for the dramatic and brutal and a simple love for his job, it almost makes Cethin cry when all is well with the collections, as he will often be forced to assist Gremlin in his counts if he has no other work. This job, among nearly all others not directly related with punishment of those who have crossed his master, is one he particularly despises.

In his free time, however, he is significantly less bloodthirsty, being a polite, even elegant individual. This fact no doubt explains his rather large family, as few are resistant enough to his charms to be entirely unmoved when he makes his moves. Luckily, he only has eyes for a select few and even when those few involve powerful people, said people are less inclined to give in to his persuasion.
