B I O G R A P H Y
Aderyn, the small, speckled Fae who follows Hiraeth everywhere, was originally rescued by the Guardian from a Beastclan encounter gone south. Although far from a bad fighter, his small size and frailty tended to betray him in battle, and he decided to travel with the Guardian as a matter of practicality. After a rocky start, the two have grown closer together through their travels, and fallen into a comfortable symbiosis; Aderyn exploring, foraging for food and otherwise making himself useful, Hiraeth in turn defending him - both from antagonistic beasts and bandits, and from those who are righteously annoyed when the unscrupulous Fae has taken something of theirs. He's particularly drawn to shiny trinkets, but swears he was just borrowing them if caught. Hiraeth usually makes him return them, which he does without a fuss. They tend to disappear again soon after, though... On top of his abysmal social skills, Aderyn speaks only broken Draconic, and very little at that; like most of his species his voice is naturally very flat and monotone, but he frequently manages to scrape out somewhat melodic chirping sounds. In general, his behaviors tend to mimic those of birds, leading to speculation that he was raised by the Talonok or other avian Beastclan. A P P E A R A N C E
