As wild, swift and possibly dangerous as the animal that gives him his name, Cheeta has a fiery spirit that adds spice to all the clan's activities. Constantly niggling to travel and longing for change, he could never decide whether he was happiest in the playful Wind Flight or would prefer the passionate Fire Flight or the ever-curious Arcane Flight. However, after a little exploration, he decided he would rather remain in his home clan, only venturing out for an expedition on occasion.
Rather than take up the role as a respected advisor on the Clan Council, Monami's sire, Cheetah, exhibited quite a mischievous streak, spending most of his time at the Wind Surfer Training Center, attempting to design the perfect paper airplane! Thagwynn accused Goliath, the Wind Surfer Trainer and her oldest friend, of encouraging Cheetah's shenanigans.
"You don't seriously think that anyone can make him to do something he doesn't want to, do you?" Goliath countered.
Thagwynn had to be satisfied to leave it at that.

First, I am well. The clan here is fiesty, yet friendly. I have been spending most of my time at their Windsurfing School which is located - of all places - right in the middle of the Crescendo! Can you believe it? If you're curious, you are welcome to visit and perhaps take a course with me.
The lead trainer, Goliath, actually asked me to teach a course on the aerodynamics of paper airplanes! He wanted to figure out whether or not they could be used for sending messages...I told you it would prove useful someday! Unfortunately, since the Great Reversal, the currents of the Twisting Crescendo have been unpredictable at best. Goliath hopes they will settle down soon, maybe in a century or two.
If you do come and visit, I hope you will see if you can get my parents to come with you. There are good accommodations at Pan's Brewpub and Inn (they would NOT enjoy staying at the Windsurfing School). The inn is right across from the new Gathering Place at the Crossroads where mom can do all her shopping!
Well, suffice that I miss you greatly and hope you will come! I can send treasure for your travel expenses, so don't let that deter you!
