In the spirit of his namesake, Mold prefers to stick to the dark and damp corners of the world, watching those who pass in its light. One may find this skydancer in city street corners, chumming it up with the local vermin, while waiting for his next job. A freelance investigator, Mold uses his ability to lay low to follow cheating mates, scam artists, and runaways alike - never getting involved directly, but merely reporting their whereabouts to his employers. He is a rather meek dragon who detests confrontation, and as such has been stiffed on many an occasion by an employer who senses his personal weakness. This is only compounded by his strong sense of justice, which sees him taking on many a free case for those whose pockets are truly empty - leaving Mold rather treasureless. Monocrow Mold had been training and was finally ready to set off, his first job having taken him to the Scarred Wasteland to search for a Guardian who abandoned their charge. A far cry from the cities and grime he usually frequented, he found himself in a strange cave, talking with a large black Imperial. The place was a magical haven, and Mold was happy to stay with them, slowly watching the clan change til it was like a whole new area. He'd gotten distracted by the cave's natural dirt and grit, and the darkness within, before remembering what his current job was. Bidding the clan farewell, he headed off on his continued search, the bright purple guardian he was after back on his mind. itsrainningtacos Painting, running as fast as i can. Two wolves are chasing me, the hunger in their eyes is frightening to see. One step, two steps closer and closer. "Help! Someone please help me! " i shouted breathtakingly while trying to run away from the wolves. Three Step, Four step closer. They were getting close, and closer. I kept running, trying to find someone, somebody or anyone to help me. Suddenly, a voice called out to me. "I got cha! " called the voice. A dragon pounces out of the bushes and goes in between the wolves and me, opening its wings to protect me. Then growls at the wolves. The dragon.. is beautiful, it was like a stalker in the dark but marked with a pattern, the pattern glows brightly, like a natural torchlight perfect for the dark. The eyes of the dragon were fixed onto the wolf's eyes, showing courage and strength. The wolves squeaked mercifully, and quickly ran back off into the woods. The dragon turns around, "Are you alright my friend? This place is quite a dangerous place to be around. " "Yea, i'm alright. Thanks for saving me from the wolves, I thought I was going to die at one point! '' I replied back, grateful and happily. "Ah, that's great. But I still need to check if there's any injury around you, in my village. Anyways, my name is Lucilius, what's yours? " He curiously asked. "My name's Mold, and I'm a traveling dragon. I traveled all around solaria to see what solaria looked like. " I said, while i standed up. "Lets go to my village, they can take care of you there. You'll meet lots of awesome dragons around, you don't wanna miss it. " He excitedly told me, some sparkles in his eyes. "Haha. Alright. Let's go" I replied back to him, walking to a village with his lead. Arriving at the village, I saw plenty of dragons welcoming me to the village, so in return I thanked them back for the welcoming spirit. He brought me to a nurse to check if there's any injury, it seems like there's none so that's good. He also offered me a place to stay and a drink while the nurse checked my injury, and I gladly accepted the offer. Once the checking was done, he grabbed hold of my hand and ran towards his place, I was struggling to keep up the pace with his running, so I technically got dragged there. Once we were in his place, he gave me some water and apologized for dragging me to his place. Since he was excited to show me his place. I settled my things down and drank some water that he gave. "It was getting late, you should go head to bed, or do you want to do something else? " He asked. "Nah, I'm going to go to sleep " I said "You're coming with me anyways. " His voice filled with excitement. He immediately grabbed my hands, ran out of his place and took flight. In a hurry, I took flight with him too, still trying to keep up his pace, but luckily I did it in time. "What was that?" I asked, him still holding my hand tight. "Oh it's something I wanna show you. hehe. " He giggled while saying those words. "Well what is it that you want to show me then? " I asked him. "Look around you, dummy" He told me, still having the little smile on his face I looked around myself, flying in the air. There were clouds on top of me, a few birds in the sky, flying freely. I can see the sun setting down between the hills, the light admitted by the sun is on the clouds, it stained it red and yellow to patches of it. I looked down, the trees passed by so fast, I can't tell how many trees we passed through. "Wow..this is...simply astonishing!" I said, surprised and amazed by the wonderful view. "I'm glad you are enjoying it. " He calmly said, looking at me while I admired the view. "Let's go back, it's going to be dark here soon. " He continued, and turned around to lead us back to the village. "Yep, let's go back. "I replied, agreeing to what Lucilius said. Back in the village, I took some rest and headed to bed for the day. It was an awesome day today, I'd say it was once in a lifetime- thing. I reminded myself to pack up for tomorrow morning, so that i can continue my journey. It was morning, and I packed my bag, ready to go. I told Lucilius I was going to leave soon to continue my journey, to hear that, he was kinda sad, but he still gave me his wishes. He also gave me a little something...it's like a scarf, a blue scarf, that has his bright on it. "Take it, I don't want you to get cold during your travels alright? " He said, sadly. "Thanks for the scarf, and alright. " I replied back. He held my hand, and looked into my eyes. I was shocked, and I blushed a little bit too. But then he looked away, and gave me a little warm smile. "I hope you don't forget about me during your travels.." "I won't, ever. " I leaned forward a little. "Thank you.." He said, a little relieved. I took the things I had to take and got out of Lucilius' place, I waved goodbye at him and the other dragons. Lucilius gave me a little warm smile, and waved back, the other dragons waved back too. Then I slowly walked out of the village, then into the unknown.. Obtained
