"Ah! Looking at my treasure, yes yes?"

The guardian smiles, but continues to eye you suspiciously as you approach. He's clearly trying to be friendly but is uneasy with anyone coming too near to his pile. It's an impressive hoard, a beautiful heap of gold and jewels, but mostly treasure. You can't help but wonder by what means he came by this level of wealth.

As though he can tell before you ask the question, he says "I'm TomNoodle. This treasure is my one and only Charge, so I'm its sworn defender, yes yes."

He has an odd affectation, and he looks not unlike a banana. You have to laugh - though clearly this Mr. Noodle thinks he's an imposing figure, he seems not to have much imposition in his disposition except his size. You ask him how he'd earned such a heap.

"Selling things," he says, lifting his chin defiantly. "All sorts of things. Odds and ends, but all of it legitimate. It's my duty to grow it, too, yes yes." You almost open your maw to say something snide, but stop, as there seems to be a real passion behind his eyes. Or something akin to it.

"I worked hard for it." And you feel he isn't saying that to convince you.
