Right next to Cera's shop, is situated the infamous (Rosad's Alchemy Lad). Technically she works with her sister, running the same shop, but she offers a service that doesn't require much sewing: alchemy.

She uses alchemy to change the genes and breed of a dragon, and sometimes even their age or colours.
Her services, while expensive, permit many dragons to achieve the form they like.
