Frostbite

One possibility was he was brought to Moon Haven from an ally clan after his water magic was more or less turned against him. To make it so his body had a hard time maintaining its full shape/remaining solid (was possible turning to water like an elemental) upon arriving at Moon Haven one of the clan ressidents Sephiroth/his familiar used their rather odd magic and created a winter wind that surrounds him at all times sort of freezing his form allowing him to live a somewhat normal life. Due to his rescuers though he has a loyalty to Sephiroth and the healers whom cared for him and serves the clan as one of its protectors among the Moon Haven Mercs.

Described to be half crazed (possible from what was happening to him before arriving to Moon Haven), talkative to a fault some times and has a very awry sense of humor.

Despite his size he is very acrobatic in battle and also talks quiet a bit and still will crack jokes and has even been known to switch his style of fighting right in the middle of a fight making him unpredictable which actually seems to make him a very good fighters as his enemies won't know exactly what he is up to. He is also very resourceful and uses his environment to his advantage against his opponents.
