He felt the new power coursing through him.
Magical elemental forces broke through his fur in patches of searing opalescent power as he released a bolt of Wind energy, disorienting his opponent. In the ensuing chaos he came to the Aid of both his injured comrades before the power receded enough to return to his meditation, building breath for the next bout.
It was all over so soon as the confused opponent set upon their own teammate, and finally, in a last bout of tragic comedy, themself.
Today had been a good quest hunt, a good quest hunt indeed
