Based on my Kalashtar, fey-touched solar-punk-themed artificer in D&D.

Has depersonalization/derealization disorder and lore-wise will either have some kind of good-dreams-themed entity living deep with her/tied to her soul or just has a bit of dissociative identity disorder. I haven't completely decided which way to lean on all the Kalashtar aspects in Sornieth dragon terms.

They don't really give any thought toward gender at all. Their pronouns are more what they grew up with because the fey who raised them are pretty androgynous and don't have a gendered culture or pronouns either. That being said, among the outside world, they most often get she/her and accept those pronouns without question.

Personality wise, she can be a little bit silly and impulsive, but also sweet and gentle, on the flip side though she has her moments where she seems serene, composed, and wise-beyond-her-years with a little bit of a temper. When angered (extremely rare) she can be a nightmare to deal with (a nod at the Kalashtar background as an ancient dream entity piggy backing onto her personality who techincally should've become a nightmare with the rest of their kind when they sought refuge with the original human hosts that became the kalashtar).

Peridot is a nickname derived from her early love and affinity for the sunny green gemstones of the same name. Her fey guardian worked in gems.

I have decided my new triple peridot sandsurge is based on Peridot's quori ancestral dream spirit, Zyriel. This means that the two are super connected and whatever Peridot's birth name is, it has -zyriel as a suffix according to kalashtar naming conventions. Leaning toward that name being Qelzyriel.

As a gem: "Peridot has been prized since the earliest civilizations for its claimed protective powers to drive away fears and nightmares, according to superstitions. It is believed by some superstitious people to carry the gift of "inner radiance", sharpening the mind and opening it to new levels of awareness and growth, helping one to recognize and realize one’s destiny and spiritual purpose."

5e on Kalashtar:
"The kalashtar are a compound race created from the union of humanity and renegade spirits from the plane of dreams – spirits called quori. Kalashtar are often seen as wise, spiritual people with great compassion for others. But there is an unmistakable alien quality to the kalashtar, as they are haunted by the conflicts of their otherworldly spirits.

Kalashtar Features

Source: Eberron - Rising from the Last War

Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.

Age. Kalashtar develop physically at the same rate as humans do and have similar lifespans.

Alignment. The noble spirit tied to a kalashtar drives it toward lawful and good behavior. Most kalashtar combine strong self-discipline with compassion for all sentient beings, but some kalashtar resist the virtuous influence of their spirit.

Size. Kalashtar are similar in build to humans, though they are typically a few inches taller. Your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Dual Mind. You have advantage on all Wisdom saving throws.

Mental Discipline. You have resistance to psychic damage.

Mind Link. You can speak telepathically to any creature you can see, provided the creature is within a number of feet of you equal to 10 times your level. You don't need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language.
When you're using this trait to speak telepathically to a creature, you can use your action to give that creature the ability to speak telepathically with you for 1 hour or until you end this effect as an action. To use this ability, the creature must be able to see you and must be within this trait's range. You can give this ability to only one creature at a time; giving it to a creature takes it away from another creature who has it.

Severed from Dreams. Kalashtar sleep, but they don’t connect to the plane of dreams as other creatures do. Instead, their minds draw from the memories of their otherworldly spirit while they sleep. As such, you are immune to magical spells and effects that require you to dream, like the Dream spell, but not to spells and effects that put you to sleep, like the Sleep spell.

Languages. You can read and write Common, Quori, and one other language of your choice."

"As to Peridot, she is briliant and eye catching girl that deserves the spotlight. It's actually quite funny, because I hate full coverage skins, but in her case it looks simply amazing. The skin really works with green and yellow apparels."

"Ooh, very pretty! I don't often see dragons with plant themes that aren't fully fledged nature dragons, so she was nice to see! The bright yellows and desaturated greens with the lightened brown works so well, I adore her. She almost feels like a desert-dwelling dragon, one who could blend in with the sands on the shore of oasises (oasises? I don't know what the spelling of plural oasis is-). The horns paired with the unusal eyes and baubles on the skin makes her seem like some kind of deity or healer. I love how the daisy flowers work with both her light theme and other plant apparel."

"I wanted to say that I love Peridot so much - their fairylike design and appearance is stunning, and I adore how the nature elements work on their sun-flooded skin, and how enchanted they seem, giving off so much warmth and light. What a fascinating Wildclaw!"

"Much as I love how Alasgida looks, I think my favourite this week is Peridot. <3 Great use of that skin, absolutely stunning apparel, and I do love a hopeful solarpunk aesthetic. YES. I love the idea of a healer using solarpunk creation to help people. Their FR backstory is so interesting as well - that certainly seems like it would be tough to differentiate reality!"

"You have three gorgeous shares as always! Reading about Alasgida and Tiandath, it was easy to feel that sense of catharsis - it’s clear there’s so much care and consideration put into their development. And Peridot’s sun-soaked aesthetic is just as dreamy as they are, I could look at them for ages."

"peridot is so lovely to look at. i don't have a depersonalization/derealization disorder but i do dissociate as a sort of unwilling coping mechanism so i can relate to that part at least, it's rough. solarpunk is fresh as hell, and they hold that aesthetic very well!"

- Frysa

"All right, I'll keep this short. Because otherwise I'm gonna write at least an A4 essay about Peridot!
First of all, I think there is no word in the English dictionary to describe her in a way I want to. I think GORGEOUS!!, is the closest to the feeling I got when I saw her. She's radiating this warm aura that just makes me smile. Absolutely stunning. Everything about her really."

"You, my friend, have so many nicely dressed dragons scattered around that I had to search everything just to make sure I didn't miss any. It was so hard to decide but I went with Peridot.

She's just so nice. I love how she's refined and delicate while also still looks wild and naturey. The color coordination is top notch. She couldn't appeal to me more aesthetically than she already does. Honorable mentions Sylvadrien and Maze."

"ohhhh wowowwoow this is so naturey and nice. i absolutely love the way the antlers look along with the outfit as a whole. it's very glowy and warm, i adore it"

"Oh gosh, not again... I've been stopped by yet another stunningly detailed outfit. I don't see many full coverage skins in use, but Peridot's whole look works perfectly around the noble light skin. Just so obsessed with your outfits though, they are truly on another level and I had to spend several minutes just browsing through all of the pieces you selected for Peridot's wardrobe <3"

"Your lair is so vibrant and pretty! I left several stars (including one for Reaper), but Peridot really takes my breath away. It helps that I'm incredibly weak for the solarpunk aesthetic!"

"How can I not bring up Peridot after Zyriel yesterday? I'm a sucker for golden dragons, and Peridot is no different! Their art is a perfect match to them too! Gotta love interesting artificer D&D characters!"
