___Orva, along with her sister Deepsea, were the first hatchlings to the Clan. While Deepsea hatched first, Orva took her time. Oblivious to the tense silence of her parents, she wasn't sure if she should find her way out into the unknown beyond the walls that enveloped her. But the salty scent of the sea must have awakened something deep inside her. She clawed at her smooth prison until the walls fell away, until she could bask in the moonlight that cradled her egg, until she could feel the water of the Tsunami Flats lapping around her talons and tail like a playful dog.
___Orva was oblivious to the gasp, the shocked silence, the worry and excitement and apprehension and confusion that radiated from Tidewatcher, and Kelp. She couldn't comprehend it yet. All she knew was that she felt at home among the blues and greens of the water around her.
___Being a Fae, Orva has a hard time understanding and communicating with other dragons. If she could communicate more effectively to other dragons, she likely wouldn't anyway; she prefers to keep to herself and to her books. Books don't stare at you in awe or confusion everywhere you go. Books don't turn away embarrassed, acting like they weren't just staring at you when they realize that you've noticed them doing so. Books don't judge you for what's beyond your control.
___Although Orva tries not to care too much about the glances she gets behind her back, the whispers and the flicking of tails, the way everyone tries to act like they aren't startled about her even though they are being more obvious than a blue rose in The Ashfall Waste, sometimes she wonders if she truly is different than the other dragons for something she didn't choose.

- Personally I prefer the primal water eyes on hatchling fae dragons. Honestly I was a bit disappointed when Orva grew up...
