A goddess of space & celestial bodies who, in lieu of gathering a court of acolytes for herself, has appointed herself as a hatchling caretaker, baker, and cook for the clan. Kind-hearted, motherly, and selfless, she's one of the sweetest dragons you'll ever meet—or at the very least, one of the most patient. She's an excellent briber negotiator and a firm believer in teamwork, and she always seems to have something up her sleeves to pacify unruly dragons; in the worst-case scenario where a dragon's life is lost, she is able to resurrect them by imbuing them with the essence of the stars, although the process strains her greatly and she can't do it very often without any time to recover in between, or else she risks burning herself out completely. She often collects plants with powerful aromas and strings them up on her wings, serving as a natural perfume until she finds an opportunity to use them as ingredients. Some would claim she acts mildly condescending and treats everyone around her like a child that needs to be coddled... but she just says they don't know how to accept random acts of kindness. Nearly every dragon in the clan was under her care at some point, but only a few truly view as their mother—among them Fulgurite, a visitor from the Herd's Lightning lineage. Lovers with Messier, with whom she has borne a number of children of her own, and Tricholas.

Andromeda hummed over the stove, cooking a large, hearty meal. The smell wafted through the clan, drawing in dragons to ask when it would be ready. Andromeda responded the same to each one - “Soon. I’ll be sure to save you a plate hun.” Her words were met with smiles and thanks, as the dragons looked longingly at the dish.

Two hatchlings tumbled into the kitchen, running up to Andromeda. Their names were Valentina and Hallow, and they were Andromeda’s. She chuckled, lifting a leg to allow the hatchlings to run past without hitting her. They squealed in delight and dove around.

“Be careful. You could get hurt,” Andromeda said softly.

The hatchlings stopped their roughhousing and stood near their mother. “Can we help?” they each asked.

Andromeda nodded. “Just be careful,” she warned gently.

They cooked the meal together, adding the finishing touches. They served each meal and were met with thanks from each dragon. Hallow and Valentina perched at the tables proudly, beaming over their work. Andromeda smiled.
