Biography
Allegra: Honorary Runescale Baker
Unlike many gaolers who grew up only knowing the coldness of frigid winter tundras, Allegra grew up in the warm and caring clan of the Sunset Glass dragons, waking every morning in a bed of smooth sun-warmed rocks padded with the softest shed down of baby birds. Due to this, she's kind, warm and approachable, but her mind sometimes seems to wander elsewhere, like heat shimmers or mist after rain. The clan of the Sunset Glass dragons age accordingly with the state of their inner child - this is why most of them seem to age like normal dragons as they grow and learn the truths of the world, but despite learning the harshness of reality, Allegra hasn't let it dampen her spirit. Cute and fluffy with a sweet disposition, she's so adorable that when she asks, nobody can resist giving her a few spare trinkets to add to her collection.
Allegra once visited the Runescale Bakery to purchase some baked goods, drawn by the smells wafting through the door. She was amazed to find it run by other hatchlings like her, and encountered their kind matron, Marshmallow, who welcomed her to stay should she be inclined. Intrigued by the magic of the bakery, she often spent her days learning how to bake with the other hatchlings, and even picked up a few recipes from them. Although not technically a Runescale Baker, transformed from a dessert like the other hatchlings, the Runescale Bakery welcomes all who have a free spirit. Thus, Marshmallow granted her the title of Honorary Runescale Baker.
Allegra’s Stash
While many collector dragons have hoards of stolen items, Allegra doesn’t. She never harms living creatures to get her trinkets. She picks up sheds and lost baubles, or gets them from other dragons. If a hatchling is looking down, or someone’s having a bad day, she’ll gladly offer them a few of the best items she has to cheer them up. Her favorites are sparkly and soft things left behind by creatures. She's a vegetarian, preferring to cultivate her own food in a small, tidy garden and has a natural connection with all sorts of critters. Unfortunately, other dragons tend to see some of them as food and Allegra spends much of her day shielding them from hungry dragons and her curious friends. Out of all the bakery's hatchlings, she has the largest stash of bits and baubles, and you can often find miscellaneous items left here and there amidst cooking supplies due to her occasional forgetfulness.
