How long will it be before they notice something is terribly wrong? Days, weeks, years... lifetimes?

In a city as old as Cerar Oriya, sometimes you get... quirks. Places where the fabric of reality is worn thin, places where time loops or goes backwards or doesn't work quite right.

Mirci't is a perfectly ordinary Spiral going about his days with the precision of clockwork. The people he interacts with joke that you could set your timepiece by his daily visits, and that he doesn't really talk much. If you were to follow him, though, you might notice something odd - his path will take him to several closed and abandoned buildings where he will stop, confused, before turning about and carrying on. And if you were to draw him into a conversation, he will complain about how all his favorite shops up and disappeared overnight and why hasn't the Regent done anything about this. Which is odd, because Cerar Oriya hasn't had a Regency in living memory.
