Project Seraphim began in an attempted revival of a dying Laboratory. After the attack of the Laboratory's most notorious dragon, Malice, many dragons became ill or fell into a deep, comatose-like sleep. After they began to awaken again, the head of the laboratory vowed to keep the event from happening again and created the Seraphim subspecies as a result.
They were made to be connected to the deities themselves, to be able to channel the deities' power and will to shape the world around them.
