i. summary

Vicindi is—or perhaps was would be the better word—one of the experimenters responsible for the founding of Animus and the creation of Spirit magic. In fact, Vicindi was the dragon who had came up with the idea that spawned them in the first place, and was the dragon who brought the others together. A little while after the experiments ended, however, he and Veksa disappeared together, seemingly never to be seen again, although the dragons of Animus later discovered a space carved out underground, with two statues that looked oddly familiar, and that many swore were watching them, or even blinked...
