Elzranth is mostly quiet and peaceable, considering his large and intimidating size. Hatchlings are mostly nervous around him, but those who know better always manage to secretly receive small snacks and trinkets from the large dragon; much to the envy of their clutchmates. Part of his reserved nature is due to having gone through much over the decades with his partner, Charge, and comrade, Serenity. Together, the both of them have lost home, family and clan; and now they rise once more to reforge a new life for themselves and for others. He prefers to defer to the smaller dragon when it comes to leadership and decision making for clan matters, for he trusts in her judgement and wisdom. Many others still make the mistake of approaching him nervously only to be redirected to Serenity. If something or someone threatens her, however, he is not afraid to stand boldly by her side to keep her safe at any cost.

It was only after many years that his Guardian-Charge relationship with Serenity eased and he neither overly fretted nor hovered about the diminutive fae. In the earlier years of their developing friendship, more often than not he got in her way of things and may or may not have destroyed several amber nests in the process. In a spark of almost-malicious mischief, the Shadowbinder forced this form upon Elzranth when he had interrupted Serenity's audience with her. On one paw, it did not affect his capability to look after the Ravenwatchers or its members, while on the other paw it caused such a change in his natures that even now he still wonders about his identity.
Once one manages to get past his intimidating appearance and daunting size, Elzranth is actually a gentle soul who just wishes for the safety of his clan and family. He finds a particular contentedness in walking about the clangrounds and observing the small happenings of life happening about the forest. In particular, he enjoys watching the antics of the clan's resident ravens and corvids from the window of his cliffside lair.
Should anything threaten the safety of the clan, the unfortunate culprits would witness the full force of his wrath. His anger is cold and unforgiving as he does everything to enact vengeance. Woe behold should any other dragon threaten Serenity, the bond of a Guardian's charge runs deep still in his blood, despite her being capable enough to look after herself.

N A R I O N E. Though it is not my business to decipher or understand the quirks of the other clan members, something has felt definitively off about that dragoness in recent months. Not only has she appeared to be rather detached, even her scent seems to be as well.

E R E L X A I don't envy him, having to handle a pair of disagreeing dragons in his team. The temporary measures seem to be working now, but they are sure to fall apart if put under pressure. Still he made a wise decision to allow the physical and emotional wounds to heal first.

S E R R I N O S That young courier often tasked with deliveries in this part of the Tangled Woods? I never really speak with him, but if he's sharp-witted enough to constantly navigate through the deceptions and illusions of the forest, he's more than qualified in my opinion.
