• ‘Oleander’ is an alias rather than his actual name, but he’s gone by it for long enough that it may as well be • not affiliated with Stormshroud (though I haven’t decided if I want to have him in the city at some point in time) • deals mainly in information, also knows how to get supplies and contraband moved around. Will do business for pretty much anyone. Cash is tight, can’t afford to be too picky • always cold, he hates it • great at bluffing, he has a talent for pretending like he’s supposed to be doing whatever he’s doing and avoiding suspicion, but he doesn’t have much in the way of fighting or sneaking skills if he gets called out • horrible luck, absolutely atrocious timing, always in the wrong place at the wrong time • likes to have control over a situation but this rarely ever happens • dislikes snakes, they unnerve him big time • doesn’t like messing with innocent people, it annoys him sometimes but he doesn’t like seeing them hurt or getting dragged into bad situations • hates not knowing things & being left in the dark on important matters • wanted to be admired as a hero when he was younger but has long since given up on that fantasy •good at interacting with dangerous people, he considers it his business to get into their business •until very recently, was in a sort-of-relationship with some high-ranking fellow (a general? a noble? idk, will figure out details later) up until the guy got killed and Lea is thought to be at fault for his death, he managed to avoid being captured but is still known by officials and currently on the run •a little bit paranoid but he’s probably earned the right to be •wants to think an afterlife/ghosts/etc are all made up, but is secretly pretty worried that that isn’t the case?
