Like the past of Syke, Medeina's past started when she got abandoned, not because of a sickness but because of her multi-eyes seen as a burden and a curse. Then rather than being helped by familiars she had to fend them off and even lost a few of her many eyes along the way. All her life she has experienced some form of pain whether it is from scratches to branches scraping along her already slightly blinded eyes, or pain simply from the inside. Medeina now thinks such pain is normal, and believes that the ones who cannot live through it are simply weak. Not much of a good thought process you would think for the clans only surgeon and only other medic if Syke is not around. When not practicing the art of medicine, she likes to practice the art of magic and necromancy to thank the spirits who blessed her with the strength to endure her hardships.

Here and there during the dry seasons its hard to keep my eyes open, and even when they can be kept awake my vision would end up just being blurry. So yes, here and there I would reanimate a few articles of my own clothing to act as another lair of eyes to help me see and move in the right ways. I never reanimate more than needed, however. It would be a shame if after all my hard work I end up simply abusing the knowledge given to me.
