Indecision

Travel Log:

Volrin: Indecision's visit to the Sunbeam Ruins was one that went sour quickly. It all started when he was having trouble coming to a decision, as always -- did he want to stay in a large clan, or a small clan? Did he want to rest at the Mirrorlight Promenade, or at the Beacon of the Radiant Eye? There were just so many options, and he always hated having options.

Unfortunately for Indecision, while he was sauntering about and mulling the decision over in his head, he had failed to notice the congregation of shady-looking dragons forming behind him. Marauders. By the time the raiders were close enough for him to realize something was wrong, the Pearlcatcher had no time to react before they were bearing down on him, strapping him down with rope and trapping his wings and claws in shackles. He was being kidnapped!

Indecision could remember hearing horror stories from other travellers about dragons like these, thieving bandits who ambush adventurers and steal them away, sell them to other vile dragons at illegal auction blocks. He had certainly never expected to encounter such dragons for himself, though, especially so soon into his travels. Indecision was overcome by panic, and as his body surged with adrenaline he became exponentially stronger, if only for a moment -- this added strength was just enough for him to fling his captors off his back, and snap his bindings!

The Pearlcatcher was functioning on pure instinct as he bolted off, running on land when his wings probably would've been able to carry him much farther, faster. A large metal collar remained stuck on his neck, bound tightly and swinging a broken length of chain behind him, as he barreled on. Indecision continued to run until the panic finally left him, and he realized he was now in a very different environment.

User:KnightOfAres Upon realizing he was in a very different environment Indecision set out to find a way to get this wretched chained collar off of him! He travelled for many days and many nights until he stumbled upon a lone Tundra basking in the sunlight in the Scarred Wastelands. Her name was Plague funnily enough and was very sweet to him. It was like love at first sight with the two of them. Plague and Indecision were inseparable and while he enjoyed her company Indecision couldn’t bring himself to stay in one place for very long. “Stay with me love.” She spoke softly. He shakes his head. “I’m sorry but I can’t, I can feel it calling to me, the need to find my purpose.” Plague looks down sadly. “I understand, just know that if you ever need a place to stay, I’ll always welcome you back, no matter what.” With that said Indecision left to continue his journey.
