Not one for many words, Richard is Chimera's personal hitman.

Unlike her assassins which go for a more discreet angle, Richard is upfront and personal, preferring to get the job done no matter how messy it may get. Notably he often improvises on the go, something Hewn City police are familiar with. Richard is used when Chimera wants to send a message and that happens more often than not.

Once under contract for Taro, he was transferred quite recently to the Pustules after he had finished tying up some loose ends which he prefers not to discuss. He's generally held at arms length in the clan, even those he knows somewhat such as Janus and Pepsi. While often polite and quiet, he mutters all manner of nonsense under his breath, usually in a variety of languages. Though distant and aloof, he does greatly enjoy pizza - probably too much - and enjoys sharing a pie with his fellow Hewn City asylum seekers.

In his room lies a collection of retro artifacts from his dilapidated apartment including a small crystal TV and potted palm tree saplings. Generally messy, he prefers to keep to himself so he can do funtivities like stare at the wall and lie on the floor. He keeps several of the same varsity jacket in his closet, some in an assortment of wild colors but his favorite is a brown and tan one with a large B embroidered onto the breast.
