Anomaly 31317: No One's Home

-After Anomaly █████ escaped in the Starwood Strand, the surrounding village was investigated to "clean up" anything left behind by █████ and make sure the issue was resolved. Upon investigation, 31317 came into question after researchers attention was brought to the fact that 31317 was attacked directly by █████. As there had never been any other reported survivors of these attacks, he was asked to come into the facility to give a statement on his experience and a quick medical exam to see how his physical health had been impacted beyond the obvious. Although initially the research and medical staff's findings seemed to show no complications of interest to the facility's research on █████, complications finally arose when 31317 was being discharged from the facility. A member of the archival staff who had come to back-up his report reacted in complete horror and fear at the mere sight of 31317 seemingly unprompted, unable to be calmed down until he was removed from the room. He described seeing 31317 as ██████ ███ ████ ███████ off his body to reveal plastic and █████ underneath. A few more members of staff from outside the department dealing with 31317 were brought in to observe him, and two more descriptions of him were gained that did not match the seemingly healthy Fae the assigned staff saw (Subject #1 described him as "a walking corpse held together by rose thorns and roots"; Subject #2 described him as an exact match for one of Anomaly █████'s faces). Until this condition is fully understood and a cure found, he is being kept under observation. To avoid legal complications, Anomaly has been declared legally dead.
-Despite his condition, Mr. Neary (as he has asked to be referred to as) is a completely normal dragon in both manner and mind. He is incredibly friendly and co-operative with staff, though of course his circumstances lead him to be particularly worrisome and antsy- often enquiring about his family whenever the opportunity presents itself. He has never been a problem before. Typically, Mr. Neary is just as eager to get research done as the staff are, expressing a strong desire to have his condition cured so he can return to his normal life, which he also often expresses a longing for. However, Mr. Neary is very fearful and nervous of quite a lot of things. Handle with care and review list of known phobias, as some can induce strong panic attacks which endanger the anomalies health.

Containment Procedure
-Threat Level: Tentative
Anomaly is considered a potential threat and only allowed interaction under specific conditions/situations with cleared staff. Visitors are only allowed to interact in special circumstances.

-Anomaly is to be contained within a standard room, with ample room for rest and recreation necessary for breed. Provided with one (1) standard futon, a standard wardrobe, a standard nightstand, several books (including one (1) journal and pen (requested)), and one (1) framed photo of family. Room must always have one (1) Guard on hand who is cleared to watch Anomaly safely.
-Anomaly must always be accompanied by two (2) members of staff who are cleared to accompany Anomaly outside room.
-Anomaly is not allowed in the public areas of the facility, in order to control exposure. If someone becomes affected by Anomaly, please separate both individuals and contact █████ for the affected individual.
