Vier was presumed dead when they found her, still just a tiny child, out in the weather. She was quite still and had obviously been struck by lightning, perhaps multiple times. But when her anguished parents drew close, Vier stirred. Though miraculously alive, Vier hadn’t escaped unscathed. Her body now crackles with a well of energy day and night. This energy sparks form Vier in random places and often outside of her control. Initially, Vier was blind. Then one evening, when another storm rolled in, she discovered she could see through the lightning that flashed in the dark clouds. These quick snapshots of images come and go too fast for Vier to properly comprehend and leave her with headaches hours afterwards.
